Having started a successful career as an architect it was passion that led me to leave my gainful job as a store planner at Target Inc and engulf myself into getting trained at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa. Having perfected my skills at exquisite French Pastry boutiques in Toronto, my avidness and commitment to this art began to expand. But my growing interest in- and total love for pastry didn’t find its full expression until I returned to Bangalore and set up a humble workspace in which to develop my very own and unique line of cakes.
