My Story
After starting a successful career as an architect, it was passion that led me to leave my gainful job as a store planner at Target Inc and engulf myself into getting trained at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa. Having perfected my skills at exquisite French Pastry boutiques in Toronto, my avidness and commitment to this art began to expand. But my growing interest in- and total love for pastry didn’t find its full expression until I returned to Bangalore and set up a humble workspace in which to develop my very own and unique line of cakes. The positive response from restaurants, cafes, friends, and individuals was all the encouragement I needed to open a Premium Baking Studio in the heart of Bangalore.
I’ve been amazingly blessed to work in a community that enthusiastically embraces my passion for my craft. From day one, I created a signature style that calls for decorating cakes and desserts with lavish garnishes of flowers and glittering splashes of edible gold that frames my bespoke wedding cakes, desserts, and birthday cakes that are not only delicious but also aesthetically appealing.
